For pure technical skills a battery of online testing covering a wide spectrum of competencies is used. Candidates will be given ID’s and passwords and a specific time frame to complete the test. Results are emailed to the candidates’ supervisor and the related Human Resources Professional.
For more complex skills 6 Sigma Financial Consultancy shares individual case studies, either generic or derived from the client’s files, with the candidates. The candidates study and review the cases and provide their individual assessment to 6 Sigma Financial Consultancy by email. The results will be emailed to the candidates’ supervisor and the related Human Resources Professional.
When it comes to very senior positions one-on-one multi-layered interactive cases are used. These usually tackle the managerial and technical strengths and weaknesses of the candidate.
BUILD A COMPREHENSIVE TRAINING CURRICULUM
6 Sigma Financial Consultancy will design a comprehensive training curriculum for each family of business catering for all its related functional positions. Such a curriculum will identify training programs that will cater for specific competencies and skills according to the identified and approved hierarchy.
Having such a curriculum will help the candidates’ Supervisors and Human Resources in conducting the required training needs assessment (TNA) and enroll participants to relevant training programs, avoiding the ad-hoc choices presently done in some organizations.
